UK Innovator Visa
At Burbridge International we have made the process of gaining the required endorsement far easier. We have partnered with more than 700 UK Companies who are pre categorized as innovative, the companies are in capital raising stage, we partner our clients with businesses who either pique their interest or ideally closely match their existing expertise. Thereafter we assist with both the required Endorsement and Visa preparation and submission.
The UK Innovator Visa replaced the UK Entrepreneur Visa in 2019. Where previously a minimum investment of GBP 200,000 was required, this is now a minimum legislated investment of GBP 50,000 which is now required. A key aspect of the Category is ensuring that firstly the business is in fact innovative and secondly has gained the required Endorsement from one of the recognized UK Government Endorsement Bodies.
Leading to Settlement
Unlike most UK Residence Categories, the Innovator Visa allows for holders and dependents to gain Indefinite Leave to Remain (Permanent Residence) in as little as 3-years as apposed to the more commonly required 5-years of Residence.
